
now im like.. really sore and tired and sleepy. haha. but we promised each other to run at least 2 times a week. :) which is really good.. cos i have much weight to lose. i told hens if he helps me lose 10 kg, i will give him 200 bucks! haha. this way, i feel the pinch, and probably wont end up walking most of the route. hee

this will also include no carbonated drinks, which i havent been taking much since a few years ago... and more fish and chicken since they are low in fat. also, not dairy products. the only thing i cant give up is the breakfast of butter and kaya toast! no....
