Running Route




We started running, or rather... i probably was brisk walking or jogging at some point in time, last night. started at 1030 and ended after 50 mins or so. the route was from home... aljunied crescent and then cut into merpati road and roundabout at circuit road home. ironically, we ended up at mcdonalds and bought some and walked home

now im like.. really sore and tired and sleepy. haha. but we promised each other to run at least 2 times a week. :) which is really good.. cos i have much weight to lose. i told hens if he helps me lose 10 kg, i will give him 200 bucks! haha. this way, i feel the pinch, and probably wont end up walking most of the route. hee

cheers to a healthier lifestlye! i mean.. cheers with plain water.

this will also include no carbonated drinks, which i havent been taking much since a few years ago... and more fish and chicken since they are low in fat. also, not dairy products. the only thing i cant give up is the breakfast of butter and kaya toast! no....
